Accessibility

We want everyone at a service business to be able to use Visit.Works: the owner, the office and the crew, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, or zoom. This page covers this website, the Visit.Works app and the emails we send.

Our goal

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We do not meet it everywhere yet. The list below says where we fall short today.

What does not work well yet

As of September 28, 2026:

If one of these stops you, write to us. We will tell you another way to get the task done if there is one, and when we expect to fix it.

Tell us about a barrier

Email help@visit.works. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and what you use, for example a screen reader or a keyboard. We will answer within two business days, and tell you what we will do within five business days. We fix barriers on this website and in our emails within 45 days. For the app, we tell you what we will change, when, and how to get the task done until then.

We can send our privacy policy, terms of service and messaging terms as plain text or in large print. Ask at the same address.

How we check

Every change to this website is checked automatically before it is published: keyboard focus must show an outline and our text colors must meet the WCAG contrast ratio. On September 28, 2026 we reviewed this website, the app and our emails against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We update this page each time we fix something on the list above.
