What counts as a crew?
One crew is one vehicle running its own route each day. A single technician in a truck is one crew. Three people sharing one trailer is also one crew. We count routes running, not trucks parked, so a spare vehicle does not cost you anything.
Do I pay per user?
No. Office staff are included in your plan, five on Crew, fifteen on Team, forty on Fleet. There are no per-user fees, and there are no per-customer fees either. Add as many customers as you like on any plan.
How does the $10 intro price work?
Your first three months are $10 a month on whatever plan you choose. From the fourth month on you pay that plan’s regular price, $39, $99 or $199 a month. Annual billing is available any time and saves about 20 percent.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Visit.Works is a paid subscription from day one, so we take a card at signup and charge the first $10 right away. There is no setup fee.
Can I cancel in the first three months?
Yes, any time. You keep Visit.Works through the time you have already paid for, and we will not bill you again once you cancel.
What if I need more than ten crews?
That is the Custom plan. Crews, users, storage and text allowances are set to fit the operation. Email us and we will work it out with you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect right away. To move down, first bring your crews and users within the smaller plan’s limits. If Team includes four crews and you are running seven, remove three before you switch. We will never remove them for you.
What happens to my data if I leave?
We keep it for a full year. If you come back inside that year everything is where you left it. Nothing is deleted automatically at the end of that year either, it is flagged for a person to look at.
What if my card is declined?
You keep working. We retry and remind you for 30 days before anything closes.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and no contract. Monthly plans are month to month. Annual billing saves about 20 percent if you want it.
