Messaging Terms
Last updated August 25, 2026.
These terms cover the Visit.Works text message program. Visit.Works is scheduling and routing software for field-service businesses such as landscaping, pest control, pool service, and power washing companies. When a business that uses Visit.Works turns on text messaging, it can send its own customers messages about their service visits, and Visit.Works delivers those messages on that business’s behalf.
The messages we send
The program sends three kinds of message:
- Visit reminder. A reminder the day before a scheduled visit.
- On-my-way notification. A note when the crew is on the way.
- Schedule change notice. A notice if the visit is rescheduled or canceled.
There are no marketing or promotional texts in this program.
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
